It's time + weekly workout recap

Workout Recap 11/30-12/6

Sunday- off
Monday- off
Tuesday- 3 miles + bowling (totally counts ;))
Wednesday- 2 miles + bowling
Thursday- Blogilates
Friday- off
Saturday- 60 mins weights + 10 mins incline walking

Next week I'm definitely going to work to increase my mileage :)

Embarrassing moment from yesterday: I was using a dumbbell to do triceps extensions, and half of the dumbbell just popped right off.

Luckily it didn't hit my back too hard, and I only got one stare so it's all good ;)

After the gym I hit the library to pick up more Harry Potter books. I also found this one.

I actually started reading this book 2.5 years ago. I got halfway through, then heard a really really sad spoiler of what happened, and I just couldn't finish the book. I think I've checked it out twice since then and it just sat on my bookshelf. It's time to finally finish it.

  1. Oh my word, what to the gym workers think that their dumbbells are falling off!? You could have been hurt!

    1. I think the end of it just came unscrewed, but luckily I wasn't lifting too heavy haha

  2. I'm so glad that you are ok after the dumbbell incident! I've never read Looking for Alaska, but I've heard so many great things about it <3 I think my favorite book has to be ... umm ... lots of them! I really can't pick :) As for workouts, I just posted a Monday Miles! By the way, are you getting my posts through BlogLovin? I just want to make sure it is working!

    1. I'm right there with you on favorite books. I love the Harry Potter series the most, but there are a ton of individual books that I really like too :) You're killing it with workouts! I'm actually not sure how to use BlogLovin, but I'm getting all of your posts through my Blogger feed :)
